TedsWoodworking is one of the best known woodworking plan packages online. It's also marketed with a lot of hype, which makes it hard to tell what you're really buying. Here's a straight answer, including where it falls short.

What you actually get

It's a large digital library of woodworking plans and project guides, sold as a one-time purchase through ClickBank. The vendor advertises a very large collection (on the order of thousands of plans) covering furniture, outdoor projects, shop fixtures, and small builds, along with some getting-started material. Access is delivered digitally after purchase, and the checkout offers optional paid add-ons (upsells) such as extra plan collections. Prices and bundles change, so check the current offer on the sales page before you decide.

The good

The honest caveats

Who it's for

Beginners and weekend hobbyists who want a large, searchable starting point and would rather have lots of plans in one place than hunt across the web for each project.

Who it's not for

Experienced woodworkers who want precise, engineered drawings, or anyone happy to source free plans one at a time. If you only plan to build one or two things, a couple of free plans may be all you need.

Bottom line

If you want breadth and convenience for a one-time price and you'll ignore the hype and the upsells, TedsWoodworking can be a reasonable starting library for a beginner. If you want a single precise plan or you're comfortable using free resources, you can skip it.
